Elizabeth's Never Was
When I first published #4 with this story, 'Karma', I got a letter from a young Asian man who I knew was also doing some small press comics. He thanked me for this story, because it was so true. The letter had a lot of heart; the kind that knows pain. It was during the holidays and I didn't take the time right then to write him back thanking him for his appreciation(this was before we all had email). Soon after, he committed suicide.
So this note is a public thank you to him, for the small bit of console, just so brief, that I could give him.
